How do you guys manage clash of meeting times for multiple jobs?

I am not dumb to schedule calls or accept meetings during my demos which are scheduled at least two months in advance naku ah situation aey radu. Simple ga cheppa I decline or reschedule or accept based on priority and importance ani . Decline deggara agipoyaru

Btw 4th June pneumonia diagnose ayyi  ( Appadike i was sick from 3 weeks) lungs lo fluid undi ani cheppaka  kuda steroids' mida undi  i still worked 16 hrs a day till we demo'd on 14th June. 2 ppl left same week who joined less than a month to even take off.  Demo ayyaka off tesukunna even though i was told my health was at a serious condition. Mana pani manam correct chesi crisis time lo step up ayite evadi call Ayina decline cheyachu vallu pattinchukoru.  EOD get work done Adi important for anyone.

Nenu chesina preti project lo they are agile and sachina demos marav . It’s a big deal to change demos. All agile meetings are scheduled well ahead which is whole point of planning. Budgeting ela chestaru planning aey lekunda . How they will find out project is on track and on schedule ? How they do resource management?  EOD it’s all about money.  Project May be closed too   Based on delivery / budget even after so much development. Planning failed is project failed.

I don’t know what meetings you attend. But you be pro active and schedule meetings before anyone. Get control of all meetings on your way.
