This is called black money

It's called tax avoidance and it's completely legal .

The only way to stop it is to close the loopholes

No they route it to new investments/ capex and show it as business expense .

Basically like Amazon , he is earning 55000 crores profit mostly from oil business .

He invests these 50000 crores into jio , retail  , etc for expansion since they are all listed under same RIL entity .

Now this new investment has cost him 50000 crores and thus the actual profit is only 5500 crores  , out of which he pays 25% corporate tax .

I am sure the way he does this is much more complex and completely legal since Mukesh Ambani has several ex SC judges in RIL payroll advising on legal matters

Like I said , they will show some extraordinary expenses from previous years as a loss .

Mestri business is different aba which is just illegal .

What RIL did is unthical but completely legal

So many current supreme court judges have worked with RIL one or other , it's borderline impossible to trap him in indian legal system.
