He invests these 50000 crores into jio , retail  , etc for expansion since they are all listed under same RIL entity . 

Now this new investment has cost him 50000 crores and thus the actual profit is only 5500 crores  , out of which he pays 25% corporate tax . 

I am sure the way he does this is much more complex and completely legal since Mukesh Ambani has several ex SC judges in RIL payroll advising on legal matters

I mean the main problem with such system is that genuine entrepreneurs will never succeed when competing with him.

A real genius is someone who creates something new and generates lot of wealth for the country .

These people are parasites feeding on the weakness of the system . They  don't create anything of value , they just accumulate existing wealth.
