Coming to India means doesn't mean it will be available for wide spread usage from Day 2, it takes lot of time..

Sputnik has been approved and available in India from around nearly 2 months but full fledged availability is very very less.

Sputnik availability is very less even in HYB it may be available in Apollo & Continental if I am right wide spread availability is awaited

Covisheild has mass production so its available more, its like out of 10 jabs , 7 are being Covisheild , 3 Covaxin in general.

You can see recent tweet by Dr.Reddy's lab about Sputnik. To inform you Sputnik has very high efficacy rate 91-92%
