Only way to live longer without health issues is to do intermittent fasting everyday, fast a week without food drinking only water every 6 months and meditate to reduce stress.

Being an IT person is dealing with stress every day, that's why don't be in IT past your 50. Plan a back up career, don't think of IT esp working in FAANGs or other such private companies as your ticket to retirement.
