unless he's planning to break off from India in the long term by issuing TN's own currency. and in that case, I completely support him.

what was he earlier? Stalin was always a decent man. He refrained from attacking Jayalalitha on her health in the 2016 campaign which he could've won if he had attacked her.

Stalin's move is a well thought out PR stunt

I am not sure what they could advise the state because 90% of tamil nadu's expenditure is already tied up with salary , welfare and debt payments . 

This would be a good team to advice center or RBI which has actual fiscal powers. But still having a good team to advice is a welcome thing
