You do realise that a crypto currency cannot have a single entity controlling it , it is  completely against the core principle of crypto .  

The idea of government issuing a crypto is just contradictory , it will become a digital currency not crypto

Govt doesn't have to control crypto. They can just have the power to issue new coins in that crypto. Same like in mining, based on some kind of consensus voting system built into the crypto.

You just don't get crypto then , what you are suggesting is completely against the fundamental definition of crypto. 

Basically you are suggesting a digitial currency , on the likes of digital yuan that china is experimenting on

I get crypto ley. You are talking specifically of bitcoin, but there are a wide variety of cryptocoins on offer, that don't all follow all definitions of crypto.

bitcoin is unsuitable to run a modern economy, anyway. It can be easily hoarded.

I don't see a lone CM can do anything against BJP right now .

He will have to work with modi one way or another until the parliment majority is reduced.
