ok man , always be calm during office situations you never know when people will snap , neeku satisfaction untundi emo tittesthe but try to get your point across politely or escalate to management if it happens..its just not worth it

also , never take more work load than you can , sometimes we all may be overworked its ok but if it happens frequently you need to let your boss know that they are understaffed , why do you want to do 2 jobs with 1 pay  , take stress and impact your physical and mental health?
