 calls are integral part of job while you grow in roles bro.. 

you should take a call and suggest people inviting/joining you in that call that either put a clear agenda..or push your lead/manager towards that..

 

most of the calls are not productive.. picha kuntla sodhi pedatharu, I voice out saying we are deviating from Agenda, lets stick to it.. or if you need a separate discussion on it, please schedule 30 mins with proper Agenda ani

 

it happens on how you tackle it

for few meetings, I  propose a new time.. it can be today with a different time/tomorrow ...

end of the day, you just dont need to Blindly accept every meeting  kaka

Ala kaadu annai ikkada situation. Ivi maa team calls so compulsory ga join avvali, on top of that the manager insists that I join every call so I can understand their process. So no other option, manager works from 7 am to 9 pm everyday so she expects the same from everyone in the team. I get paid for 8 hrs(contract prakaram) so I don't want to spend all my day in this sheeyat. 

This is how this team deals with their work, they believe in meetings all day everyday.
