Immigrants social life will be terrible , Finns are the most private people in the world and will not bother mingling with anyone. That too combined with already low immigration , you will have no one to talk to. 

Muslims get around by chain migration and forming religious bonds. Indians will have trouble with this

Language is another problem , outside of professional work you will have to learn Finnish for everything else

The cold and dark winters can be really depressing for people who are used to sun light year round.

Vacation is different , I am talking about day to day life.

Also the take home salary is  lower compared to US and very limited market for jobs since it's a small country
