So basically filing dates bro birth certs for entire family  peruko ready ga , marriage certs, medicals 693  just search a doctor near yiu he will take care rest all docs you will have if you have time  prepare a excel or gdoc with all entries exists of you and family you are all set

PD becoming current has two levels.. PD becoming current for Filing Dates (eligible for applying I485) or Final Action Dates (eligible for GC).. The minute Filing Dates become current, you are eligible to apply for I485 (EAD/AP is an additional perk when you apply I-485).. I-485 apply chesey time key anni documents vundaali.. supporting documents evi anevi if you google for I-485 instruction manual.. anni clear ga raastaaru.. if there is a document missing, you get a RFE but it is at their discretion.. because medicals have limited validity, you get an RFE for them as they even understand it..

If yours is after 2015 jan I am.assuming yiu haven't applied in last October 2020

So your first goal or wish is filing date lo nee date ravali once vachaka usually oct time lo vastadi and uscis will accept filing dates in oct Nov possible December once you apply done deal you can get ead ap because yiu have pending 485 , final action date ani inkoti untadi adi current avuthe gc vastadi

Don't change jobs have a plan to stay till April 2022 (180 days from fikinv)

If uts eb2 if yiur company allows now get it downgraded to Eb3 and ready if money is not concern for you if your company says no then concurrent filing in october is only option ( if you ahve already 140 approved the application goes to MSC where the applications are getting processed efficiently so far) 

Get your birth certificate for entire family

Get yiu 1797 entries and exits keep them.ready in document 

Get medicals at the end before filing 

You are all set just pray for dates to become current
