More like rewarding TRS karyakartas . 

He should have distributed those 1190 crores evenly to all Dalits with white cards .

This will create more negative to the party than good , the Dalits who didn't get the scheme will be filled with jealousy and vote against TRS

That is reality of the nation , Oppositon choodu inka ivvali ani gola chestharu. 

I feel like KCR completely forgot about government schools , they are still in bad shape as before Telangana formation 

I can confidently say govt schools in AP have better buildings/campus than 90% of private ones. Let's hooe Telangana also follows it
