Video released by police in Maryland shows the moment a 15-year-old boy runs up a steals a woman's car at a gas station with her 2-year-old daughter still strapped in the back seat. The victim can be seen getting out of the car and walking around to the passenger's side to put money in the air pump machine, when the teen sneaks up, gets in and speeds off. He would later pick up another 15-year-old boy, before the two abandoned the vehicle. The baby was uninjured, and the two teens were charged as juveniles with vehicle theft and kidnapping.
