Out of state undevi ttd control lo undadam kashtam ane reason tho ... either they have to give Leise to some one... For instance, if some X guy donated his properties to TTD after his death which is inherited by his forefathers & his kids came to know that later. If these kids file a case in any civil court ... TTD needs to wait for the result for 30years .... dheentlo settlement kuda undadhu ... so most of the time ttd reluctant to take those properties too ... Quote
