how much is the pay % difference .... If the diff is less than 10-15% then better join American company...

Witch company they will call whenever they want irrespective of day or night and expect you to be available around the clock for their offshore folks and 1-2 weekends in a month....

Also, they will not initiate GC till the last minute and I have seen people whom they recruited onsite were asked to relocate to India or asked to resign when the project was not extended... I worked with them as contract for couple of years ....

if pay is more than 30% difference than go for it. But witch is paying more for that position  means you have to think of.. something is fishy ...Witch work life balance is worst you have to be available round the clock 

I hope initially remote for both jobs if possible accept both jobs and do it for few days . You will know the difference and you can decide later which one to keep.
