avg home price is more than a million now. thanks to chinese

and other suburbs are not decent coz of crime there with punjabi gangs.

Yes 😂 31% daaka pothade, gst pst upto 7% on everything ,  rent lu ekkuva . 

Quality of life is high but cost of living is prohibitively expensive.

Overall 50k kuda savings undav
