MCT oil I haven't tried yet but I use Avocado Oil for cooking which is the best oil to use. Cheat day I usually eat plenty of carbs as I do carb cycling for the rest of the week, mostly home made pizza or pasta, sometimes biriyani etc baaga mingi tinta aa roju.

Honey is somewhat healthy but still too much sugar baa, huge insulin spike
