@a_sagittarian  veggies lo ...u can cook food in multiple ways to not get bored..

try to make

  • garlic herb glazed zucchini
  • roasted eggplant
  • stir fried zucchini noodles...

annitki time and patience kavali...cooking oka pani la kakund ahobby ga fix aite...it will be fun.

I never eat breakfast. I won’t even feel I like eating anything until 12.

Nice. Zucchini tho ekkuva items try cheyaledu. Will do. 
 

Veggies tho problem ledu. Protein food tho ne problem.

Happily skip breakfast. Breakfast most important meal of the day ani cereal companies advertisements kosam propaganda jaripayi people like @Spartan papam fell for it. 

The cereals are loaded with sugar, they are anything but healthy. 

Do intermittent fasting, fast atleast 16 hours between meals

water teesi vande technique is important for those veggies.

I dont really. I just workout and try to eat less .. calories emo kani akali aithey konchem avthundi that’s because i used to eat stomach full and bigger plates since my childhood lol

Adi food valle ani evaru chepparu, valla generation lo mana la on calls ani, daily 6 hours meetings ani, ilanti sodhi yavvaralu levu. 

Plus appatlo they used to eat more natural grown foods, our generation eats more processed foods. Avanni alochinchakundane conclusion ki ochesave

Yeah but they are the ones who started that whole "If you skip breakfast, health kharaab" type slogans
