Last meal is around 8 pm I sleep around 11 pm. Get up at 5 am go for a 3 to 4 mile run come home do some burpees, pushups and pullups. Don't eat anything after just drink a lot of water. First meal I eat around 4 pm or so, usually eat a light sandwich or salad. Around 7 pm drink a bone broth and eat my dinner along with it. One cheat day every week is Saturday I eat whatever whenever. 1 Quote
