6 days a week fasting. Last meal is around 8 pm I sleep around 11 pm. Get up at 5 am go for a 3 to 4 mile run come home do some burpees, pushups and pullups. Don't eat anything after just drink a lot of water. 

First meal I eat around 4 pm or so, usually eat a light sandwich or salad. Around 7 pm drink a bone broth and eat my dinner along with it. One cheat day every week is Saturday I eat whatever whenever.

Your body will take care of all the inflammation due to the abundance of ghrelin and insulin like growth factor which peak around the 18 hour mark into your fast. You can pretty much eat whatever in that time. 

I usually eat daal with ghee, one boiled egg, some source of protein(tempeh, natto, chicken/fish etc), some bone broth and yogurt. Some days I eat even some ice cream

Is bone broth home made ? Do you drink MCT oil ,dinner ki Em tintaru. On cheat day what do you eat .

Water fast 5 days every month. Two months lo you'll reduce. Do intermittent fasting when you get out of your fast
