Telugu "card" emi kaadhu. its a language and most states in india are based on language and most countries in the world. Ap was formed by act of indian parliament based on SRC principles applied to everyone in india - nobody played any "card". TG was a card formed on doddi dhaari with no principles nothing but one maharani sonia wanted to play poltics.
