Mine is Total Home Protection plan bhayya...I think the plans depend on the area you live...I just checked for my area and it shows that they don't offer coverage in my area....

When I enrolled, there was an offer of no service call charges...I didn't pay anything...I used their service at least 4 times for the last 2 years...
