bro, property tax entha? Here is how u calculate. Assuming ur loan is 550k with 2.75% interest with 30years fixed, Principal + Interest is 2450, then add tax if 1% add 500 + insurance 60 to 70 + PMI 100 + HOA (depends on ur area). 

People forget to calculate home insurance, PMI and taxes and assume they can afford a bigger house. I have also assumed the same.
