dude, ye kalam lo unnaru meeru, 

if any kid goes to school here for couple years they get the accent just like any other american. 

My friend son went to school here  only for 2 years, he speaks american and lives american style. Intha chinna point how you missed, she has been brought up here for very long time, she is 34 now. 

Her parents are settled here ofcourse, her grand pa is from guntur, he also gave an interview about sirisha success.
