Anthe antava? I agree I should come out of engineering mindset and engineering skills etc first. Avi pettakudadu ani decide ayya.

talk numbers and impact of your contributions to business.. no more delivery of a single project as an achievement.. what is the impact it created in the corporation.. so, minor adjustments will take you there.. if you cannot do it, you are not fit for business then..
