Irony is baboru was selling homes with projects like happy nest on one side, but didn't handover infra developed plots or allowed people who got plots to do any type of constructions in their plots. 

He was worried if he allows people to build homes then it will dent bramaravati image if people start building cheap homes. It was pure real estate business.

There is always a risk if u invest in plots thinking about new city to develop

hence Jagan took good decision by shifting capital to already developed city like Vizag so even if someone buys plot or flat or any land today after 5 or 10 years investor will NOT in loss as vizag has slow & steady development unlike bramaravati which is completely agricultural land
