Most diverse party in India is BJP , it has leaders from all sections of society 

BJP about bharatiya log, bharityata and hindutva 

Congress is about mixed fruit anglicized elite family ,but BJP made thawar chand gehlot a dalit as a governor of a state today

Now BJP is biggest dalit party in north India , not my words, it's a fact, party having highest number of dalit mp, mlas, ministers is BJP today

First Dalit president K.R,Narayanan was appointed by Congress as VP in 1992 & then took over president in 1997  winning over T.N. Seshan. Narayanan was supported by both Congress & BJP it was just a formality for his win else would have won unopposed.

Before that many Muslims & other community presidents were there.

so Congress em pikidni VP singh is from janta party who made kr narayanan as vice president,which was later merged in 2014 into BJP, so it's BJP credit that he elected as VP and president

Already Narayanan worked in many posts and was even a minister in Rajiv's Cabinet was also 3 time MP won consecutively in 1984,89 & 91 from Kerala.. 

Propose chesthe ayipothada ippudu CBN kuda cheppadu nene Abdul kalam ni propose chesindhi ani but Mulayam singh yadav seems to be the one who proposed kalam first.
