Bhayya, Hemanth ani untadu .. try to get in touch wiht him .. back then he used to negotiate prices with builder for new homes ...ippudu unna bidding wars ki no clue if that would help... 

 

Also, kotha constructions chala takkuva ayyayi ... Unless you want to move away from westend
