Install multiple farms..like vanakaya thota (cherries) consume less water..avacado farm and several other farms... You can sell directly in to market. 

 

Also lease it for vegetables growing... Especially leafy vegetables..during rainy season..rotate...  

 

In between these farms..for price of 15 lakhs you can build comfortable large storage room and attached room with tiled roof and a/c.

Chicken farm ante now every one are Installing coop for 2 lakhs and growing kadaknadh hens..

You can buy each hen as baby for 30 rupees from Jharkhand area and all.. 

 

They sell for 400-600 rupees per hen as it got high protein..usually diabetic patients are eating kadaknadh over regular poultry

Mushrooms you need to spend lot of time ..maintain multiple dark rooms...emaathram water enter aina..all mushrooms will spoil.... So it needs lot of training but good investment .for that you need sealed rooms multiple..
