HUF ki 55, individual ki kadu ceiling vundedi..so most land lord families who held land in 100’s of acres and had bunch of kids who were above 18, got wealth distributed across the family at the rate of 55 acres per head above 18.

Teak plantation also requires particular clinate to develop quality wood ,. I don't think Telangana is suitable for that .

Besides it's a long duration crop and would need huge security ,  it's a non starter in AP/ TG. 

We have the costliest plant in the form of red Sanders and yet no one wants to farm it due to duration / security

do you have any friends who setup a farm? per acre installation cost teliste we can get an idea of initial costs
