Don’t ever get into chicken farming…it’s doomed for new comers and anavasaranga land antha karab aitadi. Dont even go for goat/sheep farming unless you have previous experience or hail from kuruma community. Actually mee suttu muttu villages la dairy farming bagane vuntadi…but distance but try looking at supplying fodder to cattle..it’s kind of B2B and mechanized. Quote

It’s called integrated chicken farming and it’s not what it appears to be. It’s market dependent. Shed katti istav, but maintenance etc will cost a lot, labor intensive and most importantly it attracts pests. So land karab aitadi, concrete structure valla land karab aitadi, smell and dead birds dispose cheyadam etc. Amangal-Shadnagar madhyalo my family started the first chicken farm 30 years back and a successful one. Yet, I advice not to get into this business as it’s not lucrative anymore and comes with lot of mess. 1 Quote

Mango plantation failed , dairy failed , goat farming failed ,etc all these require full time devotion and hands on approach . With the way labour situation is in telugu states , it's better to rent the land to other farmers instead of doing any of these The only way to make a good income out of these operations is to market the end product yourself Quote
