You need atleast 10-15 labour for that and you won't find them...unless you bring them from Orissa or Bihar... 

I am talking about 2 people maintenance projects .

You will not..biggest challenge in telugu states is labour..labour is very expensive now... They are working part time whenever there is money shortage.. 

So you to do on your own.. 

That is what the cherri and avacdo plantations are good.... They will grow on their own with very little water..and won't sprout until second third years... So invest 5 lakhs and see if you are able to grow them in first two years...build small storage room with attached house..you might build it under 12-14 lakhs...

Dairy farm lu, poultrylu, farming lu NRIs tho ayye pani kaadu. It needs full time effort. Unless you have some trusted resources to take take of it full time, naakinchestharu complete gaa NRI bakras ani thelisthe.

Outsider , non local ani thelisthe labor kooda dorakanivvaru villages lo. 

My cousin tried farming in his village. Outsider vachi mana daggara farming seyyatam endi ani aa village farmers feel ayyi unofficial orders icharu mana vaadi farm ki evaru labor povoddu ani aa village labor ki. 

Getting them from outside is very expensive and not easy to find.
