Thats not possible. We cant carry more than 10 grand in flight.

If it's white money you can just wire everything to your US account . 

are there capital controls in india nowadays? 

If it's black  mumbai  hawala  or buy bitcoin from blackmarket

If it’s white, better to pay capital gains and tax..and then get it here..on an average 25-30% potadi..hawala aithe 5-7%.
