i think its BJP plan CBI not to prove those cases , once they are proved CM jagan might have to face jail time. which might give life to congress in AP..as most of the ysrcp cadre came from Congress party....people will in AP never vote for BJP for doing politics on special status and hindering development and growth of AP, and people in AP more dedicated to caste than religion which not BJP cup of tea.

by doing this BJP can control AP GoV not to make any negative comments on Union Gov  and make sure congress stay dead in AP for years to come.
