maaku kooda same case undhi Kadapa lo. but its my cousin who's handling it.

3 months is not bad, govt survey will have sanctity, even if you do 100 private surveys it’s worth nothing legally though they are accurate.

Lyt bro on paper no one can change the extent of land on each survey numbers. Even if they encroach now they can’t just show it on paper that they have this much land. They just create some unnecessary troubles to get some money, it’s all village ignorance, even govt officers think farmers don’t know law, legally they can’t do anything. Even if they move boundaries now, but if you order survey, surveyor responsibility is to show your exact boundaries and extant of land in govt books. Go for govt survey one time investment  and mark boundaries if possible fence it.
