think like local.................first foremost case you will get registered in is SC/ST atrocity act case.

here are few ideas

1. while survey is doing on field record video,

2.record phone talks, record google maps extension,

3. keep the copies of all online meebhoomi 1b,adangal, grama 1b etc.

3. create multiple copies of everything.

4. to the fact that you can also give a paper add that you are surveying the land if anyone has objections

come forward ani. keep the paper clip

5. Also Pay a lawyer 5000rs ( any chota lawyer will take even less than that amount) to by stand while survey is being done

6. Apply for survey ( gov) through subcollector office. ( if you have trust issues on local MRO, RDO)

7. finally if you want to further complicate things - Take Agri loan on those documents. And also any PSU bank loan

Survey won’t change land extant, I don’t think even if he cultivate tenents won’t have ownership rights in andhra… enni surveys chesina they can’t just rewrite historical land records with whatever they want or someone shows this is my boundary … if you have all records correct and have correct passbooks then say @aath_care

Most of the time when land owners start aging, such issues happens quite frequently especially when the successors aren’t local. 
 

Property nee peru mida ki transfer ayinda ? If not, you need to get that thing going first. Once succession happens, there are series of things you should do to secure property in the long run and in case if any event of legal issues, stay orders issue chesina kuda land residency rights neeke vuntayi…

Get these things done fast.

Step-2: Village la voter list lo enroll avu. Enrolling in village voter list is very important even though you are an NRI. Tarvata subsequent revisions lo nee name teesesina, enrolling is a must. 
 

Step-3: Village la mee father residency vunte, get it on your name and pay taxes. Electricity bill, tax bill, etc. 

Step-4: Two schemes which are really helpful these days. Rythu Bandhu and Kisan Sanman Nidhi. Enroll for these two schemes first. 
 

Step-5: Must and should step idi. Avail crop loan on this parcel of loan. Whether you need it or not, every year renew the crop loan. THIS IS A MUST AND SHOULD THING TO DO. If possible, mee village la values bane vunte mortgage the land and avail loans.

Present generation ki succession laws and safeguarding gurinchi telustaledu. Most people do not even an idea how to measure land and terminology used, survey numbers etc. especially NRI’s and they eventually become bakras. Especially Telangana la No-1 bakras ayedi in the days to come ie group ae.

Know your rights and safe guard your properties.
