2) to be neutral.. if someone calls u beautiful or ugly, smart or dumb dont be happy or sad ..nothing matters at the end.

3)  dont procrastinate and keep ur surrondings clean.. if u keep urself and ur things clean:. U have a clear/happy mood to do/learn soemthing productive.. (atleast me)
