Now its more of a cultural dispute than land dispute so neautral ki chances bane vunayi ani feeling  sCo_hmmthink sCo_hmmthink

I am guessing that it wud b in d favor of MUSLIMS.

the reason is..."safeguarding the minorities" has always preceeded the "nice t ohaves and happiness of the majority" in India.

IF Hindus are not given a favorable decision...how much of destruction can they do? if they r filled with 75 % of the nation themselves can they burn their own tree, cos they think there are TERMITES ? NO.

Where as the minority, in this case the muslims are known to be much aggressive and easily provocable. They can resort to Huge violence and can dreate havoc by turning into Human bombs etc..cos they dont have more to loose when comapred ot the majority. At the max...if they r exhiled here..they have Pakistan, Bnagladesh, Dubai, Iran etc to go to.

Besides, residing in INDIA, under the minority act, already KASHMIR muslims are enjoying the HIGHEST PREVILIGES..sometimes exceeding the PRIME MINISTER of INDIA as well.

So, keeping apart the logic of who is right and who is the majority, the Cong govt. will c to it that the decision comes in favor of MUSLIMS, They want to brand themselves as a SECUALR party.( Although govt. has no say on the SUPREME COURT;s verdict, in todays sceanrio...nothing is PURE..THERE IS NI CHASTITY.
