Few years back H1 extension Jan 2022 varaki vacchindhi. Tarvatha client change avvatam valla amendment + extension file chesinappudu it was backdated to July 2021.

Right now H1 extension apply chesanu

 

Question entante Jan 2022 i-94 valla emina advantage unda ?

amendment is valid for that specific proj. Extension is valid for your h1b

July 21 mida kinda i94 unte adi valid anukunta bro 

You can use the 22 ones to aplly dmv etc as no one cares but 21 mida unadi nee official 94 and as yiu filed extesnion you are in status IMO

H1 Status validity ki you need following 

- valid visa 

- a job 

- payroll 

 

Indhilo edhi lekapoyina, you are out of status.
