I want to pet a dog , play with  it a bayam epdu potadi , ela potadi 

Try to approach an older dog that your friend might have. They are usually less enthusiastic and stay in place, calm ga approach avvu pet them not on the head since they get spooked if you do that but on their stomach. Give them a belly rub then slowly put your finger to smell near their nose. Ala kastha alavatu ayyaka volunteer at a pet shelter maybe a couple of times. You will get to understand them and their behavior much better.

chala mandhi degara unayi cowrokers deagra , konta mandhi relatives degara vaalu intlo vodilesthe naa bayam tho sachipotuna chudali i need to over come thats my goal this year

Emo bhai I have been raised with dogs so I can't really say tips for you but like spartan said , older dogs are gentler and patient . 

labradors / golden retrievers are great dogs to familiarise , they are extremely patient and won't show aggression .

Chinna kukka pedda kukka lite bro.. breed and abuse batti vuntundi.. also most dogs here are mutts and many owners don't like petting their dogs.. possessive saaley gaallu..best is local humane society ki velli akkada pani chesey employer ki ikkada cheppindey cheppu.. they will be very supportive.. and start off with pups.. bujjiga baaguntaayi.. then you can slowly graduate to dogs.. kids ki idey best.. pups antey less than 4months. 1yr ni kooda pup antaaru.. also, please be clean.. pups can contract infections from us easily..

Two German.. one lab.. and one Siberian husky owner..
