Pierrot Simeon, 21, (right) was shot dead in broad daylight at 2.20pm Wednesday as he pulled up on a CitiBike outside a bodega in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. The baby-faced killer was seen on surveillance footage (left) talking on his phone outside the store before suddenly pulling out a gun and shooting his victim at point blank range. Simeon was shot three times in the torso and left forearm and died. Police sources said they believe the execution was gang related while the victim's shocked family said Simeon had just gone to his local bodega to buy a drink and said they don't know who would want to harm him. This marks just the latest horrifying incident to rock NYC, as crime soars and fears mount that the city is headed back to the dark days of the 70s and 80s when violence was rife. Shootings have surged 29%, shooting victims 22% and murders 5% so far this year compared to last year.
