Do we need to work out in gym to get muscle in that area where it was lost. It was not work out body earlier too. Normal unna muscle fat few months sickness valla thinakunda poyindi but it’s not coming back eventhought after weight gain. Do we need to put more work on that part Quote

Memory is real ante artam kaledu bhayya. Antakumundu asalu eppudu work out kooda cheyaledu. Just normal ga unde muscle legs daggara and ribs daggara gone due to sick and not eating well last year. I lost 10 kgs almost. Later i gained 9 kgs but did not get muscle mass or fat where i lost it. Even shoes loose ayyay bro. Foot kooda thaggadam ento and not coming back ento artam kavadam ledu. Quote
