Looks like Austin is much better geographically and demographically compared to San Antonio or Houston.

Houston lo floods and humidity guru. 

San Antonio aithey too much heat.. Moreover they are established cities.. not a lot of scope to grow.. and antha middle aged population as opposed to young population in Austin.. Politically kuda Austin is blue bhaya.. the only blue spot in Texas

Key is Jobs creation and relatively decent weather.. Avi vuntey everything will get around it.. You ll have more people living in the area as there are more jobs.. Since more people live (with high income) more taxes generated.. More taxes are used to build better infrastructure.. etc..

Austin is a good college town with abundant opportunities. Geographically its most liberal town in state of Texas which attracts folks from all over. I still have money on Austin. Dallas might be tech centre but Austin will be the real winner 10 years down the lane anna.
