also most of the National investors stayed out of the auction process is because of congress party and the kind of troubles they put on the investors last time and it completely ruined the reputation of Hyderabad, mfers didn’t even return the money to the investors after almost every land they sold as part of they auction ended up in litigation and it is a big mess(some were given alternative sites and even that too changed 2,3 times)
