Online I -94 vs I-797 tho vachina I-94. Which one is latest?

Online I94 lo expiry date 9/9/2020 ani undi..Recent H1 transfer tho vachina I94 (the one with I797) says expiry is 11/9/2023? Which one is correct.

Yes. I joined here on December 2020. Now do I have to reach out CBP to update my I94 online?

latest i94 takes precendence .. as simple as that 

if your i94 stamped in poe when u travelled is on Jan-10-2020, and

if your H-1b transfer/extension happened after Jan-10-2020, then i94 in your H-1b transfer/extension will take precedence over what is stamped in your passport at poe
