Pashuvu Posted July 20, 2021 Report Posted July 20, 2021 MUMBAI: The city crime branch on Monday arrested celebrity businessman Raj Kundra, the husband of bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty , in an alleged pornography case unearthed early this year, in which nine persons, including model and actor Gehana Vasisth, were arrested. Kundra’s name surfaced after the property cell probing the case stumbled upon the involvement of a UK production company, Kenrin, and police arrested its executive, Umesh Kamat. The former employee of Kundra was accused of uploading at least eight “pornographic and obscene” videos shot by Vasisth on a social media app for monetary consideration. Pashuvu Posted July 20, 2021 Author Report Posted July 20, 2021 ముంబై: బాలీవుడ్ నటి శిల్పా శెట్టి భర్త, వ్యాపారవేత్త రాజ్ కుంద్రాను ముంబై పోలీసులు సోమవారం అరెస్టు చేశారు. పోర్న్ వీడియోలు తీసిన కేసులో ఆయన్ను అదుపులోకి తీసుకున్నారు. ఔత్సాహిక నటీనటులతో అశ్లీల చిత్రాలు తీయించి.. వాటిని విదేశీ యాప్ల్లో అప్లోడ్ చేసిన కేసులో ముంబై క్రైం బ్రాంచ్ పోలీసులు కుంద్రాను అరెస్టు చేశారు. ఫిబ్రవరిలో ఈ కేసును నమోదు చేశారు. పోర్న్ చిత్రాల కేసులో కుంద్రానే కీలక సూత్రధారి అని, ఈ విషయంలో తమ వద్ద బోలడన్ని ఆధారాలు ఉన్నట్లు ముంబై పోలీసు కమీషనర్ తెలిపారు. పోర్న్ ఫిల్మ్స్ను యాప్స్లో అప్లోడ్ చేస్తున్న కేసులో రాజ్కుంద్రాను అరెస్టు చేశామని, ఈ కేసులో విచారణ కొనసాగుతోందని కమిషనర్ హేమంత్ నగరేల్ తెలిపారు. కుంద్రాతో పాటు ఇప్పటి వరకు పది మందిని అదుపులోకి తీసుకున్నారు. Pashuvu Posted July 20, 2021 Author Report Posted July 20, 2021 కుంద్రా ఆఫీసు నుంచే.. కుంద్ర ఆఫీసు నుంచే వీట్రాన్స్ఫర్ ద్వారా ఫైల్స్ను విదేశాలకు పంపేవాళ్లు. అయితే నటనపై ఆసక్తి ఉండి, ఆ కెరీర్లో ముందుకు వెళ్దామని వచ్చే యువ యాక్టర్లను పోర్న్ రాకెట్ గ్యాంగ్ వలవేసి పట్టుకునేది. ఓటీటీ ఫ్లాట్ఫామ్ల్లో మంచి పాత్రలు కల్పిస్తామని చెప్పి.. వారితో అశ్లీల చిత్రాలు తీయించేవారు. పోర్న్ రాకెట్ నడుపుతున్న ముఠా నిందితుడికి ఒక వీడియోతో రెండు లేదా మూడు లక్షలు వస్తాయి. దాంట్లో బాధితులకు 20 లేదా 25 వేలు ఇచ్చేవాళ్లు అని కొన్ని వర్గాల ద్వారా తెలిసింది. ముంబైలోని వెస్ట్ మలాడ్లో ఉన్న మాద్ ఏరియా బిల్డింగ్లో షూటింగ్ చేసేవాళ్లు. అక్కడ పోలీసులు చేసిన తనిఖీల్లో అయిదుగురు దొరికారు. పోర్న్ డైరక్టర్ తన్వీర్.. ఉమేశ్ కామత్ అనే నిందితుడు .. వియాన్ ఇండస్ట్రీస్లో డైరక్టర్గా చేశారు. దాంట్లో కుంద్రా చైర్మన్గా ఉన్నారు. పోర్న్ ఫిల్మ్స్ షూటింగ్ కేసులో.. సీ గ్రేడ్ డైరక్టర్ను సూరత్లో అరెస్టు చేశారు. అతన్ని తన్వీర్ హష్మీగా గుర్తించారు. ఇప్పటి వరకు అతను 8 అశ్లీల చిత్రాలను డైరక్ట్ చేశాడు. సినిమాల్లో ఛాన్సు ఇస్తామని చెప్పి.. ఔత్సాహిక హీరోయిన్లను పోర్న్ చిత్రాల వైపు మళ్లించేవాడు. తన్వీర్ పోర్న్ వీడియోలు షూట్ చేస్తున్నట్లు విచారణలో తేలినట్లు పోలీసులు తెలిపారు. ఉమేశ్ కామత్ ద్వారా ఆ వీడియోలను బ్రిటన్లోని కెర్నిన్ లిమిటెడ్ కంపెనీకి ట్రాన్స్ఫర్ చేసేవాడు. ఐపీ అడ్రస్ ఇలా.. విదేశీ ఐపీ అడ్రస్ల ద్వారా పోర్న్ వీడియోలను అప్లోడ్ చేసేవాళ్లు. హాట్షాట్, న్యూఫ్లిక్స్, హాట్హిట్, ఎస్కేప్నౌ.టీవీ లాంటి అప్లికేషన్స్ను వాడేవారు. పోర్న్ వీడియోలు షూట్ చేసేందుకు వాడిన సుమారు 6 లక్షల విలువైన పరికరాలను పోలీసులు సీజ్ చేశారు. ఐపీసీలోని 420 (చీటింగ్), 34 (కామన్ ఇంటెన్షన్), 292 and 293 (అశ్లీల చిత్రాల మేకింగ్) సెక్షన్ల కింద కుంద్రాను అదుపులోకి తీసుకున్నారు. ఫిబ్రవరిలో ఓ మహిళ ఇచ్చిన ఫిర్యాదు ఆధారంగా పోర్న్ రాకెట్ గుట్టు బయటపడింది Quote
