Its really one the best cities in india. Still some clueless fellows think bangalore is better. It had a strong foundation in late 90s. @Ryzen_renoir

The problem with banglore is they can't build any of their infrastructure on time.

The proposals / tenders for metro , orr , suburban railways were made before Hyderabad and yet their leaders can't implement them on time . 

Hyderabad was lucky in a sense that congress was able to finish three major projects on time airport , metro and most importantly ORR . Even TRS did not do any big ticket infrastructure.

Not sure about other metros but Hyderabad is having a golden run.. Kokapet Narsingi lo villa and apartment prices have doubled in the last 2 years and there is no sign of stopping at the moment.. All the way till Chevella land mottam full demand and is changing hands every 6 months.

You are giving congress too much credit. Only airport got done in their tenure and even the ORR was not fully done except for the main stretch(hitech city side). On the east and north ends got completed in 2017. 80% of metro got done by TRS, metro was no where in 2014 and the construction commenced only in 2012 but soon got mired in a lot of property disputes which were mostly solved after TRS came to power. They laid pillars in few stretches but that’s about it and the project became fully operational only in 2019.

on the contrary bangalore started before Hyderabad but not even 50% done
