People end up paying double with loans.  Buyers should completely slow down for a while. Right now hyderabad real estate rates are over hyped. Anni kaligane unnay kattinchinavi ee madya lo but builders and agents say full kontunnarani. Outskirts lo 5500 per sq.ft enti ra apartments ki. Worst fellows. Stop buying

Mine is a counter argument to the argument that everything is done by CBN, in a similar fashion I am saying everything should be attributed to Janardhan Reddy if it’s the case of being the first. Everyone did their part, YSR and even Kiran Kumar Reddy too did their part in the progression of Hitech city.

HDMA usually drafts plan 10-20 years ahead and that doesn’t mean anything unless government  implement them. ORR was part of the 2031 master plan and similarly 2041 master is in works. These are not made by any CM but town planning professionals in the department and usually holds as a back log of infrastructure plans moving ahead.

Yea municipaities, hyd weather, rock patterns - they cause developments. Sttrangely they did nothing before 1998.

India lo mari investment ante land ye kada bro, very little people have knowledge of stock markets or have backing to do any other things. Andulo apartments ante safe kuda kada no kabjas etc. Koddo goppo stocks chesevallu edo pekata laga pedataru (ma mama 1.5c varaku pogottadu). And logical ga kuda, Cities lo scarce resource is land because of population so makes sense that values keep increasing.

The same babu was the CM of present AP back then too , antha chesey vadu Andhra lo mathram emi peekaledhu endhuku ? 

Even after 14 years as cm , present Andhra has no software industry outside of few bpo . perhaps it was Hyderabad which attracted the industry not  politicians. 

Andhra lo vadu infrastructure kooda emi execute cheyaledhu outside of laying foundation stones.

Yes hyd's main attraction is it was capital of huge Andhra pradesh. Amravati is capital of much smaller state.
