Good concept, but they don't have right to implement it outside of their land unless they make deals with other countries. No country will accept their citizens / residents to pay taxes to a different country, y would they loose their revenue?

Yah Adhe telling.. US companies ki offshore ninchi work chesthu $’s lo earning and paying Taxes in Rs/local currency.

Companies r minting money.. not sure how much offshore folks earn.

That's a bad decision bro. Already my company started thinking to reduce onshore and Build Offshore resources. Elago Work from home a kadha chaala mandhi anni. Pay Baaga padipotundhi if they implement it.

yeah its good idea ...but they should only pay 20% of US salary to these H1-R visa roles.... appudu ok na brooo...
