KCR seems desperate to win in huzurabad , he is using andhrollu card for just a by election itself.

I have noticed that educated people are the most rabid caste pichi fellows from Andhra. 

Same way many extreme hindutva supporters are also very educated.

makes sense to me, can connect to some events - modern day education should be designed in such a way to help develop rational thinking if not whats the point of education
