I was watching an aerial video of Polavaram and my goodness, so much of water. This could completely change the face of AP.
 

Pattiseema tho elago Krishna Delta ki connect chesinaru. With a network of canals, lift or gravity…Somehow to lift water and supply to Rayalaseema and Chennai ?

Proposals or projects…nothing in pipeline ?

Andhra is not in a position to do so for atleast next five years at the least. 

Honestly the cost benefit ratio is simply too much for the time being . The state is already unable to even pay rice arrears without central govt help . 

Going forward all krishna water of Andhra share will be diverted to rayalaseema + Prakasam .

While krishna +Guntur will receive water from polavaram.

KCR tried to convince Jagan but financial constraints are too much for a bikari state

State govt priority would be use Krishna water for RS and south coastal . Godavari water for delta area , Godzillas and vizag

Yes, to connect it with penna there is a proposal. Polavaram is huge but there is still a possibility of Godavari flooding. Krishna ni connect chestharu, but even then if Godavari floods, some water needs to be diverted. Excess water kosam katochchu.

You are right though ,  fuedal Reddy's domination unnatha varaku devudu kooda bagu cheyaledu . 

andhukey rayalaseema separate state kavali , it is a burden on Andhra.

Hopefully we don't, although we do share history of being ruled by vijayanagara empire, Nellore always had a unique existence as vikrama simhapuri kingdom  and under cholas , pandayas . 

Historically and based on weather patterns  we should be merged with Tamil Nadu or become a Union territory. 

A Union territory would be ideal
